The complimentary Bengali breakfast was superb and the staff was well, behaved. We enjoyed the family, friendly atmosphere and found the hotel to be good value for money. the location was convenient for our needs.

The check, in process could use some improvement as we had to wait for a considerable amount of time. the quality of the tea was not up to par.

Upon arrival, the hotel location was easily accessible and in close proximity to popular attractions. the room assigned online differed upon check-in, resulting in a crowded and unclean bathroom. the staff made up for this shortfall with their positive attitude and prompt service. A complimentary Bengali breakfast was served, which provided a great start to the day. the hotel facilities, such as the pool, were not monitored properly, leading to disturbances and inconvenience.

The pool was not regulated properly by hotel management, which had a significant impact on the experience of guests.
